Reviews and Ratings
I wanted to share my experience at the Americana Inn and Suites. The rooms were very outdated and damaged; in fact, it was so bad that we decided to check out and not even stay. On the upside, the service was super friendly, and I appreciated the staff doing walkarounds for safety. However, the location was dirty, with bugs even coming out of the blow dryer. The dining options were minimal, just prepackaged items, and the facilities were lacking. The name Americana Inn and Suites doesn't seem to match what we experienced.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were spacious and easily accessible, but some had missing doors, which was a bit odd. The service was professional but not entirely satisfying. The location was ideal in central Tampa, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I stayed at the motel, and it was convenient in terms of accessibility, although the lack of basic toiletries was disappointing and the smoke smell was quite strong. The broken door not being able to lock added to my concerns. The price could have been more budget-friendly considering it's a motel.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, with easy freeway access nearby, but the place seemed old and needed renovation. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and even conducting safety walks around the building. However, the dining options were limited to basic snacks, and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
Upon checking into the hotel, I found that the room had a strange smell and the parking situation was not very convenient. However, the staff member assigned us a room right across from mine and assured us that the smell was not as bad as perceived. Just a small tip - be cautious if you plan to pay with a debit card as I encountered an issue. The location of the hotel, near the I-275 interstate in central Tampa, had some amenities like a TV, microwave, and fridge. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, with bugs coming out of the blow dryer, in need of proper renovation. The condition of the hotel is apparently old and located in the ghetto of Tampa, with holes on the sheets that were unacceptable, covered in soap scum and mold.
